Father Joseph O’Toole married Manuel and Rosemary Andrus of Lock Haven on April 16, 1947, at the Immaculate Conception Church in Lock Haven.

They are parents of two daughters, Mrs. Brenda (Jack) Herr of Beech Creek and Mrs. Carol (Richard) George of Port Charlotte, Fla., and a son Manny L. (Deborah Reese) Andrus of Lock Haven. The couple has 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Andrus, the former Rosemary Curcio of Renovo, serves on the election committee, attends Senior Circle, and loves bird watching and feeding them daily. Manuel is veteran of the U.S. Army and was honored with a Hometown Hero banner. He retired from local 810 Steamfitters and Pipefitters Union.

Together they have enjoyed and loved their special pets. Both are active members of Liberty United Methodist Church, Island Route congregation. They have enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad, and have gone on several ocean cruises.

Manuel and Rosemary most enjoy sitting on their enclosed porch reminiscing of good friends and days gone by.

They reside at 1559 Big Plum Run Road living happily ever after.

Their 70 years together will be marked with a family celebration.
