Williamsport Community Theatre League to present ‘Romeo and Juliet’

WILLIAMSPORT — The tragic tale of star-crossed lovers from two sparring families, written by one of history’s greatest dramatists.

Fate brings two teenagers together, as they attempt to build a new life with one another in the midst of a world set against them.

Told with bawdy humor, profound language, and deep sentiment, the Williamsport Community Theatre League, 100 W. Third St., Williamsport, will be performing Romeo and Juliet on Sept. 14, 15 and 20-22 at 7:30 p.m. as well as Sept. 23 at 2 p.m.

This will kick off the league’s 2018 season as well as be its Main Stage debut.
