Big Daddy Bangers to return to floating stage

LOCK HAVEN — Big Daddy Bangers will perform on the floating stage this Sunday beginning at 6:30 p.m., as part of the Lock Haven Summer Concert Series.

The cover band from the Bellefonte/State College area plays rock music from the ’80s, ’90s and more current years, from artists such as Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, AC/DC, Guns N’ Roses, Joan Jett, 3 Doors Down, Mellencamp, Journey, and many more.

The band formed in October 2007 and averages 52 shows per year in Centre, Clinton, Mifflin and Clearfield counties. Comprised of veteran musicians, the quartet of Mike Mitchell on guitar, Damon Shaheen on bass, Ray Roberts on drums, and Jeff Rackovan on lead vocals, perform a high-energy show playing recognizable party rock, one-hit wonders, radio classics, and songs you loved but may have forgotten. The BDB play often in the Lock Haven area’s bar, service club and special event scene.

Their performance at the Corman Amphitheater and floating stage promises to be a night of good-time rock and roll.
