Sentences in Clinton, Lycoming counties

The following sentences were handed down in Clinton and Lycoming counties.

Clinton County

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT — Shaun Chapman of McElhattan, charged  by Pine Creek Township police for aggravated assault, was sentenced to 54 to 120 months in a  state correctional facility.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE — Sabrina Allyse  Caris of  Lock Haven, charged  by Lock Haven police for possession of  a controlled substance, and  having violated the  terms of her Intermediate Punishment Program, was  revoked from the program, was fined $250, and was placed on Intermediate Punishment Program for 24 months, the  additional 12 months being for possession of drug paraphernalia, and was placed in the  Clinton County Treatment Program.

MARIJUANA DELIVERY — Jonathen Michael Pagnotto, no address listed in the Clinton County Court, charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, was fined $100, and was placed on probation for 36 months.

RETAIL THEFT — Jennifer Marie Henninger of  Woodward, charged by state police for retail theft, was fined  $100, was ordered to pay WalMart restitution for $319.45 and  was placed on probation for  18 months.

INTOXICATED DRIVING — Catherine  Michelle Said of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for multiple counts of intoxicated  driving and misbranding  of  a controlled  substance, was assessed numerous fees and  fines and was sentenced to 34 days to 12 months followed by six months of probation.

MINOR MARIJUANA — Christin Noel McIntyre of Burnham, charged by Lock Haven University police for minor marijuana possession, was fined $50. McIntyre was also fined  $100 for  possession of drug paraphernalia and was placed on probation for six months, and was fined $50 for  another count of  minor marijuana.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — Salena Marie Yingling of  Lock Haven, charged by state police for possession of  drug paraphernalia, was placed on probation for  six months and was  fined $100.

HEROIN POSSESSION –Eric William Stover of  Lock Haven, charged by state  police for possession of  heroin, was fined  $100 and was placed in Intermediate Punishment Program for 36 months, including concurrent placement  in the Veterans Court  Program.  Stover was also sentenced to a $1,000  fine, assessed numerous fees and was  placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for  six months, including  three days  of house arrest. He was also fined $100 and was placed on probation for  12 months for drug  paraphernalia

INTOXICATED DRIVING — Carlos M. Clancy of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven University police for  multiple  counts  of  intoxicated  driving, was fined  $1,050, was assessed numerous fees, and was sentenced to six months of  probation and  six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program.

INTOXICATED DRIVING — Treston Wesley Harris of  Beech Creek, charged by state police for intoxicated driving, and having  admitted violating terms of the Intermediate Punishment Program, had Intermediate Punishment Program revoked and was sentenced to pay numerous fees, was fined $1,000 and  was sentenced to 47 days to six month in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — Anthony Fredrick Leopold Cabral III of Williamsport, charged by state police for possession of drug paraphernalia,  was fined $100 and was  placed  on probation for six months.

Lycoming County

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE — Joshua A. Bitner, 32, Centre Hall, one to 22 days in Lycoming County prison with credit for time served, 35 months of probation and 50 hours of activity for possession of a controlled substance.

POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA —  Kyle M. Flook, 21, Linden, 12 months probation and 35 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

RETAIL THEFT —  Kimberly J. Gibson, 46, 304 Gibrock Lane, Jersey Shore, 12 months probation and 50 hours of community service for retail theft.

HARASSMENT — Gary D. Stoetzel, 37, 1024 Allegheny St. Apt. 4, Jersey Shore, was fined $100 for harassment.
