SOUTH AVIS — More than 180 people were on hand Thursday as the Clinton County Economic Partnership and the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce joined forces for an exciting business-after-hours networking event.

The collaborative Clinton County “Time Out” and Lycoming County “PM Exchange” was held at the Henry Street Partnership complex in South Avis. A portion of that facility is currently being retrofitted to house Terrapin Care Station, the new, state-permitted medical marijuana growing/processing operation.

The gathering allowed the Henry Street team of Jay Alexander, Jim Maguire and Lee Roberts to showcase the sprawling facility, which features more than 140,000 square feet of available manufacturing, warehousing and storage space, as well as office space.

The Clinton County Economic Partnership’s next Time Out will be held Sept. 21 at The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle State Park.
