LH Police recieve a donation
The local Walmart store has made a donation to the Lock Haven Police Department in the amount of $1,500. The donation will be used to purchase a new automated external defibrillator for officers to use to help save lives in emergencies. Store Manager Justin R. Swinehart and staff invited officers to the store for a presentation recently. “We would like to thank Cpl. Richard Simpson and Cpl. Beth Gregory for attending our morning meeting to talk to our team about what the donation would be used for,” Swinehart said. Shown for the check presentation were, from left, Cpl. Simpson, Swinehart, store Training Coordinator Jacqueline Lucas, store Department Manager Jennifer Ferrara, and Sales Associate Teena Hill.
