Collision Center retains Grace Vanderbeck
LOCK HAVEN — The Collision Center, located on South Hanna Street in Castanea Township, retained Grace Vanderbeck, a student enrolled at the Poorman College of Business in marketing to explain the benefit of it’s new “clean room” to central Pennsylvania companies.
Aluminum car and truck construction is the fastest growing auto material which improves fuel economy, battery range and driving performance. This local firm operates a 30,000 square foot modern car repair “factory.” It recently constructed a state-of-the-art “clean room: and expanded its staff. The construction was completed by JCH Construction, also in Castanea.
“Clean rooms” are quarantined cubicles dedicated strictly to aluminum work, carefully sectioned off from the remainder of the facility so that steel and aluminum elements will never meet and contaminate aluminum. Vanderbeck has been meeting with firms in need of certified repair services throughout central Pennsylvania.
