Local attorney published in Solicitor’s Handbook
JERSEY SHORE – Marc S. Drier, Esquire, of Drier & Dieter Law Offices in Jersey Shore, has authored a chapter on Eminent Domain published in the Solicitor’s Handbook, a resource book published periodically through the Governor’s Office to assist Pennsylvania attorneys.
Drier is a partner with Denise L. Dieter, Esquire, in Jersey Shore.
This is not the first time he has been published, or called upon to assist Pennsylvania attorneys.
A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Drier has a general practice of law, with a special emphasis on land use problems such as zoning, land development, right of way disputes, title problems and boundary issues.
He has been practicing law since 1980, and has worked with Attorney Dieter since 1993. He has presented arguments to the United States Supreme Court, and serves currently as Chairman of the Lycoming Law Association Real Estate Law Committee.
