Area residents attend Legion Auxiliary conference

Members of William Marshall Crawford American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) Unit No. 131 of Lock Haven attended Department of Pennsylvania’s American Legion Auxiliary’s Spring Conference and Department President Mary Ellen Switzer’s testimonial dinner in Grantville on March 28. In addition, ALA members throughout Pennsylvania collected and donated thousands of socks and underwear items for needy veterans throughout Pennsylvania. Mrs. Switzer’s President’s Project this year is collecting funds for all our veterans in veterans homes and hospitals throughout the state.
