Lock Haven Kiwanis learns about Big Brothers Big Sisters program

Clarissa Shirk of the Clinton County Big Brothers Big Sisters program was guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Lock Haven. Shirk outlined the program and said it could use more volunteers to help mentor children and youth in the county. She was hosted by the club’s August program chair, County Commissioner Jeff Snyder.
