Appointments can be scheduled by calling 1-800-901-1912. If we are not in the office when you call please leave a message and we will get back to you. Remember this program is for people of all ages, not just senior citizens. Get your prescription and call to set up an appointment so you too can see things the way you are meant to. Walk-ins are also accepted, preferable before 1:30.

The 2018 Income Guidelines have gone up so more people may be eligible for this program. One person’s income is $23,760 or less, two is $31,240 or less, three is $38,720 or less, four is $46,200 or less, five is $53,680 or less, six is $61,160 or less, and goes up $7,480 for each additional member.

Once you qualify you make an appointment with us, bring in your prescription, choose from our new frames, and get measured for your lenses. You pay for your glasses at this time by cash or money order only. Checks are not accepted.

They are shipped to our lab for assembly and then sent back to you to by U.S. mail directly to your home, which usually takes about two weeks. Our frames are all brand new, donated to us by the manufacturers. We do not charge for the frames, which is why we can have the lower cost.
