Schools across Keystone Central School District celebrated Veteran’s Day in a variety of ways. Students wrote letters, thank you cards, sang the National Anthem and other patriotic songs, read poems, wore red, white, and blue, and hosted veterans and military personnel across the district. All this done in an effort to honor our heroes and show them how much they are remembered and appreciated. Secondary to the opportunity to show thanks was a day to educate students about Veteran’s Day and all branches of the military.
