The State College Elks Lodge #1600 are pleased to announce the selection of Caroline F. Collison, at left and Maximilian D. Engle, at right, as November 2018-2019 Students of the Month at the Penns Valley Area High School. Ms. Collison, daughter of Dr. Craig and Michelle Collison, is a member of the senior class, and is the Elks’ Female Student of the Month for November 2018. Mr. Engle, son of Mark and Cyndy Engle, also is a member of the senior class, is the Elks’ Male Student of the Month for November 2018. These students will now be considered for Students of the Year for School Year 2018-2019 at Penns Valley.
