SARAH SMELTZ/THE EXPRESS

Editor’s Note: This photo is being rerun because the name of one of the Conservation District’s past board members pictured, Betty Schantz, was inadvertantly omitted from the cutlines beneath the photo in last Saturday’s Express. Standing, from left, Clinton County Commissioners Jeff Snyder, Robert “Pete” Smeltz and Paul Conklin; Clinton County Conservation District members, Jim Harbach, Larry Butler, Rob Bowman, Vice Chairman Ralph Harnishfegar, Chairman Charlie Dotterer, Paul Courter, Elam Stoltzfuz Jr. and Ron Brungart. Seated are past board members, from left, Dan Vilello, Betty Schantz. Stewart Ramm and Paul Dotterer. The photo was taken at Friday’s ceremonial signing of papers granting ownership of the Conservation District building on Route 64 to the Conservation District. The district purchased the property from the county for $150,000.
