Sugar Valley Lions Club installs new officers

The Sugar Valley Lions Club held their July steak dinner cookout at the Lions Club Recreation Park in Booneville and Vice District Governor, Lion James Douty, installed the new officers for 2019-2020. Lion Ed Lewis grilled the steaks and everyone enjoyed the good dinner and lots of laughs. One of the club’s service projects in July is sponsoring a Blood Drive at the Sugar Valley Fire Company in Loganton on Thursday, July 25 from 1 to 6 p.m. Come and donate blood and check them out, they are always looking for new members to help in their fun and volunteer efforts. The Sugar Valley Lions Club is dedicated to the highest quality of Community Service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride and in the spirit of Lionism.
