Clinton County Fair Farmers and Flea Market
Clinton County Fair Farmers and Flea Market will be held for the last time this year on Tuesday at Clinton County Fairgrounds. There will be Mr. Sticky, mums and pumpkins, chicken barbecue, meatball sandwiches and salads, and Nan’s Donuts, along with assorted flea market items.
JS Historical Society meeting
The Jersey Shore Historical Society will hold its end of year business meeting Thursday September 19, 2019 6:30 pm at the Samuel Moss House and Museum 200 S. Main St. This meeting recaps 2018-2019 events and updates on ongoing projects. All of our meetings are open to the public.
Community Lunch
The Lamar United Methodist Church will start their monthly third Thursday Lunch Program on Sept. 19 at Noon. The menu is Fried Chicken, Oven Baked Potatoes, Candied Carrots, Cole Slaw and Desserts.

LH Hospital Auxiliary meeting
The monthly meeting of the UPMC Lock Haven Hospital Auxiliary will be held on Sept. 16. The meeting is held in the Senior Activity Room at 1 p.m. All members welcome.
Ross Library book sale
The Annie Halenbake Ross Library will hold its annual book sale Sept. 18-21 on the library patio. The hours are Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ; Thursday, Sept. 19, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, Sept. 20-21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday is “Bag Day” and shoppers will pay $5 for as many books that they can fit into a bag.
