Two new neurologists join UPMC Susquehanna

WILLIAMSPORT — Wenzhuan He, MD, and Rachael Wang, MD, have joined the Neurosciences team at UPMC Susquehanna.

Wenzhuan He, MD, received his medical degree from Beijing Medical University, Beijing, China, and completed fellowships at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa, and Penn State Medical Center, Hershey. He most recently served as a neurologist for Lehigh Valley Health Network, Allentown. He is board certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology – Neurology, and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology – Clinical Neurophysiology.

Rachael Wang, MD, received her medical degree from Peking University, Health Science Center, Beijing, China, and is board-certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry Neurology. Dr. Wang most recently served as a neurologist for Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System – East Orange Campus, East Orange, N.J.

“We welcome Dr. He and Dr. Wang to our team of providers,” said Sean Henry, director of operations, UPMC Susquehanna Neurosciences. “Their experience and knowledge in helping patients with a variety of conditions and illnesses including Alzheimer’s, stroke, epilepsy, and migraines, will add to our comprehensive services provided in our Neuroscience Center. We aim to provide a seamless experience for patients of neurology and neurosurgery in one convenient location.”

Dr. He and Dr. Wang will see patients at the Neuroscience Center at UPMC Williamsport located on the third floor of the Health Innovation Center, 740 High St., Williamsport.
