Christmas cookie fundraiser

The Bald Eagle United Presbyterian Church will be selling Christmas cookie platters … each with three dozen cookies, six different kinds. Platters can be picked up Sunday, Dec. 11 from noon to 2 p.m. at the church, 111 Main St., Mill Hall. To order, please call the church at 570-726-4112 and leave a message.

‘Rockin’ Holiday’

The Renovo Area Community Choir will present its Christmas concert “A Rockin’ Holiday” Sunday, Dec. 4 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Ninth Street, Renovo.



The choir of Pine Run United Methodist Church invites the public to a performance of its Christmas cantata on Friday, Dec. 16, at 7:30 p.m. The cantata is titled “Emmanuel: Celebrating Heaven’s Child.” As this musical unfolds, the sounds of glorious Christmas celebration fill the air! The performance includes majestic carol medleys, the touching “Mary, Did You Know?” and the passionate invitation to all to allow the Infant King of all kings to call our hearts His home.
