BEA benefit to feature LuLaRoe, more

WINGATE — A LuLaRoe/Ladies’ Day Event is planned from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 18 at Bald Eagle Area Middle/Senior High School, 751 S. Eagle Valley Road.

The event will feature more than 100 square feet of LuLaRoe merchandise. Other vendors will offer products from Mary Kay, Jamberry Nails, KEEP Collective Jewelry, Young Living Essential Oils, Plexus, Pampered Chef, Rodan + Fields, Kraft & Karry, and Jill Hackman Jewelry Designs. Shoppers are advised to come early.

The sale day is a benefit for the Bald Eagle Area Spanish Club, National Honor Society and Leo Club students’ trip to New York City in April.

In addition, food will be available for sale from Lady Rattlers Softball.

Chicken and waffle fundraiser

ORVISTON — A chicken and waffle dinner is planned by the Orviston Community Club as a fundraiser to help pay for the fireworks display at the annual Orviston Celebration on July 8.

The dinner will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Beech Creek Social Hall.

Take-outs will be available.

SV Lions sponsor Bingo

LOGANTON — The Sugar Valley Lions Club will hold cash Bingo on March 10 and April 7 at the Lions/Sportsman’s Club, 55 Sports Road, Loganton.

The doors will open at 6 p.m.; games begin at 7 p.m.

There will be food available. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The club is a smoke-free facility.
