First Citizens donates to toy drive

The Mark the Shark Toy Drive began in 1993 when Mark Schlesinger, vice president and general manager of WSQV Radio, wanted to give back to the community where he has lived all his life. His annual Mark the Shark Toy Drive is a volunteer-run program, and toys are collected for hundreds of local, less fortunate children. “Today, we serve 600 to 700 families in central PA,” Schlesinger said. “All of the money and toys stay here locally, and go to those who need it most.” First Citizens Community Bank says it was proud to donate to this worthy cause.
