LHU students present ‘Henry’s Law’

LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven University students will present the Countdown Theatre production “Henry’s Law” next weekend.

The Countdown Theatre is Room 321 in Sloan Fine Arts Center on campus.

Shows will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, Feb. 28 to March 3, and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 4.

This tragicomedy by Stacie Lents about the consequences of bullying, begins when the brilliant but socially awkward Max starts tutoring popular student Sara in chemistry. An unlikely friendship begins, but when cruel rumors about Max start circulating online, he is devastated and takes drastic measures to put an end to the attacks on his character.

The cast includes Christian Girton, Rachael Lewis, Paige Mitcheltree, and Matthew Duncan. The student director is Rebecca Glincman and student stage manager is Morgan Beatty.
