LOCK HAVEN — A Lock Haven couple was arrested Wednesday in connection with the death of their 29-month-old child last year.
Toni Baker and Steven Killion Sr., are charged with involuntary manslaughter by Lock Haven City Police, following a lengthy investigation into the child’s death on May 29, 2017.
Baker and Killion are also accused of neglecting Baker’s 14-year-old son, police said.
Each of them are also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of children and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Baker and Killion were taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility where they were awaiting arraignment via video from the prison, officials there said.
A brief news release was faxed to The Express on Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. by Lock Haven City Police.
