Fullington Trailways bus stop moving to LHU
LOCK HAVEN — Fullington Trailways will move its local bus stop to the Lock Haven University campus, effective Aug. 20.
The buses have been stopping in Lock Haven for many years, according to the announcement.
The new stop will be on West Water Street at Railroad Street, and the LHU bookstore will sell tickets.
Since 1908, The Fullington Auto Bus Company has served Central Pennsylvania and beyond with safe, reliable and comfortable transportation services, according to the announcement. Fullington Trailways is the leading and most recognized transportation provider in the area, serving educational groups, sports teams, church groups, and corporate VIPs, the announcement states.
The company began operations in 1908 when Emerson M. Fullington and his three sons began a livery and surrey company in Clearfield. The company states that Michael and Lory Fullington are committed to continuing the legacy of service passed down through four generations of Fullingtons over the past 110 years.
