USED BOOK SALE

A used book sale to benefit the Howard Fire Company will be held during the fire company indoor sale dates at Storage Unit # 3 located behind the apartment building and across from the post office building. There is a massive selection of various genres including mystery, suspense, romance, science fiction and others with more coming in daily. The books were taken from the Gilbert Glenn home following his passing and will be available for a donation dropped into the fireman’s boot.

The storage unit was full of books before the town-wide sale earlier in May and I’m told that 531 books found a new home. More books are being sorted thru and brought to be added to the storage unit and sold during the fire company sale dates. Plan to stop by the storage unit to pick up some books on May 16-18. There are no prices, but rather you just drop your donation into the fireman’s boot to support our local fire department.

Contact Deb at 625-2102 for more information about the many books being offered at this sale.

YARD SALES
