‘Yappy Halloween’

Dog walk and costume contest a success

Lock Haven University recently held a Yappy Hour dog walk and social on Tuesday, Oct. 8. The holiday-themed “Yappy Halloween” event featured a dog costume contest judged by the Clinton County Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). Costume contest winner, River, owned by Breanna Voitek, won a basket donated by the SPCA.
