Dutch Haven Restaurant is a “Blooming Business”

PHOTO PROVIDED

The Dutch Haven Restaurant, owned by Tom Ludwig and Amy Yocum, 201 E. Bald Eagle St., has been designated a “Blooming Business” by Dogwood Circle Garden Club. The front and side of the restaurant, graced by 10 large flower pots planted and maintained by Amy, are colorful and striking. They follow the “pot rules” of planting, with a Filler (geraniums, pansies, bacopa), a Thriller (bronze spiky grass) and Spiller (wave petunias and mini petunias). The uniformity of design ties all ‘0 together. Amy has been maintaining the pots for about seven years and likes the way they liven up the curb appeal of the Dutch Haven. Dogwood Circle appreciates this business that take prides in the overall appearance by planting these beautiful pots. More photos may be seen on the Dogwood Circle website www.lhgardenclub.com.
