Criminal mischief

MILL HALL – Debra Bower of Furnace Road, reported to state police at Lamar that four paint balls had been thrown at her home at 11:15 p.m. Tuesday. State police ask anyone with information to call 726-6000.

Disorderly conduct

LAMAR – Randi I. Hoy, 52, of Lamar, was charged with disorderly conduct after he caused a public inconvenience and alarm to others while inside the post office in Lamar at 10 a.m. Monday, state police at Lamar report.

Police said Hoy was yelling and knocked an elderly patron down to the ground while he was inside the post office.

Identity theft

FLEMINGTON-Unknown person(s) gained access to a 28-year-old Flemington man’s checking account on March 15 and obtained a debit card, and made three purchases in California totaling $260.22, state police at Lamar said.

Drug possession charged

LAMAR-Two young men are charged with drug possession after an incident on March 15 at 9:44 a.m., state police at Lamar said.

Lucas Klingerman, 18, of Mount Carmel, and Joseph Dandrea, 20, of Marion Heights, were allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia during a consented search of their vehicle during a traffic stop, police said.

DUI suspected

BEECH CREEK-Kyle David Hanley, 21, of Orviston, was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI after police observed him operating a vehicle with an equipment violation at 12:43 a.m. Monday at Monument Orviston Road at Harrison Street; charges will be filed pending final lab results, state police at Lamar said.

Drug possession charged

BEECH CREEK-Kevin Connelley, 25, of Orviston, was a passenger of a vehicle during a traffic stop on Monument Orviston Road at the intersection of Harrison Street Monday at 12:43 a.m., when further investigation revealed he was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia, state police at Lamar said. Charges will be filed, police said.

No injuries in crash

CRAWFORD TWP.-Patricia A. Messinger, 53, of Loganton, was not injured after a crash on March 16 at 6:06 p.m., state police at Lamar said.

She was driving her 2010 Subaru Forester south on Route 880 when she lost control of her vehicle and struck its front right portion into a rock abutment alongside the road on the west shoulder, police said.

She was charged with driving vehicle at safe speed, police said.

DUI charged

BEECH CREEK-James Richard Spicer, 18, of Howard, was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI March 17 at 3:02 a.m. after police noticed him operating his vehicle with an equipment violation on Route 150 at Grant Street, state police at Lamar said.

Charges will be filed pending final BAC results.

Door damaged

LOCK HAVEN – An unknown person kicked a door, damaging the lock at 640 E. Bald Eagle St., Apt. 11, Wednesday at 12:06 a.m., city police said.

Damage was estimated at $50.

Drug paraphernalia

LOCK HAVEN – Rodney Scott Bowmaster, 25, and Brian Keith Andrus, 38, both of the Clinton County Correctional Facility, were allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia along Pearl Street on March 14 at 6:14 a.m., city police said.
