Public drunkeness

LOGANTON – Joshua Barnhart, 22, of Lock Haven, was found knocking on the door of a residence in the area of 280 Nittany Road, Greene Township, Thursday at 2:02 a.m., according to the state police at Lamar. Barnhart did not live at the residence and was found by police to be highly intoxicated, the report said. Barnhart was combative and was taken to the Clinton County prison, according to police.

Retail theft

MILL HALL- On Wednesday at 5:45 p.m., Josie Neff, 22, of Lock Haven, pushed a cart of Walmart merchandise valued at $126.62 out of the store, past the point of final sale, without paying for the items, according to Trooper Ickes of the state police at Lamar.

Ickes reported that charges were filed.

Retail theft

MILL HALL-Saturday at 7 p.m., Elizabeth Miller, 21, of Jersey Shore, Kesha Parkes, 25, of Jersey Shore, and Travis O’Dell, 21, of Ormond Beach, Fla., concealed Walmart merchandise valued at $168.80 inside purses and left the store, past the point of final sale, according to Trooper Ickes of the state police at Lamar.

Ickes reported that misdemeanor charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy were filed.

Simple assault

HYNER- Renee Tessitore, 45, was charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident that occurred Friday at 1:08 a.m., according to Trooper Stephen Dunkle of the state police at Lamar.

Dunkle said he and Trooper Buffone were dispatched for a domestic altercation at 121 Kramer Lane and, upon arrival, observed a man, 46, with facial injuries.
