Attempted theft alleged
LOYALSOCK – A Lock Haven woman has been charged with a misdemeanor offense after she was caught trying to steal from the Dollar General, 2062 Lycoming Creek Road, according to Old Lycoming Township police
Lynn Dauberman, 31, allegedly tried to steal an item worth just over $1 on Jan. 2, police said.
She has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge James H. Sortman.
LOCK HAVEN – Auria Cole and Timothy Cole, both 21, of 610 E. Bald Eagle St., were cited with harassment following an altercation that took place Sunday about 2:45 p.m. at that address., city police report.
LOGANTON – An unidentified 60-year-old woman of Loganton is being charged for harassment following an incident that occurred on Sunday about 3:29 a.m., Tpr. Benjamin J. Campana of the state police at Lamar reports.
During a verbal argument at 1403 E. Valley Road, Greene Township, the woman allegedly punched an unidentified 58-year-old man in the head several times, police said.
Credit card fraud
LAMAR – Colton Morlock of Mill Hall allegedly used a credit card belonging to Julie Barner, also of Mill Hall, to withdraw $60 from the FCTI ATM at the Travel Centers of America, located at 5600 Nittany Valley Drive, Porter Township, Tpr. Christopher T. Soo of the state police at Lamar reports.
The incident allegedly occurred Jan. 9 about 5:30 p.m., police said.
MILL HALL – An unidentified 31-year-old woman was allegedly punched and shoved to the ground in the parking lot of the Dollar Tree on Hogan Boulevard, Bald Eagle Township, by an unidentified, known man, Tpr. Timothy Eiler of the state police at Lamar reports.
Police said the incident occurred on Sunday about 11:15 a.m., and the man had fled the scene by the time police arrived.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
Plow wing struck
SNOW SHOE – William T. McMillan, 59, of Lexington, Tenn., was driving a Mack truck on Interstate 80 westbound near mile marker 147 in Snow Shoe Township when he drifted into the left lane while passing a snow plow and struck the right plow wing with the left side mirror, Tpr. Douglas Clark of the state police at Rockview reports.
The accident occurred Jan. 8 about 6:45 a.m., police said.
The plow was being driven by Eric D. Sayers, 43, of Bellefonte, police said.
Neither of the men were injured in the incident and they drove the two vehicles to the next rest area to exchange information, police said.
McMillan was charged for failure to remain on roadways laned for traffic, police report.
