Simple assault

ORVISTON – Cody Eggler, 19, of Lock Haven, was cited for simple assault and harassment following an incident Sunday, Tpr. Stephen Dunkle of the state police at Lamar said.

Police said Eggler was involved in a physical altercation with a victim, who was a 21-year-old female.

Garden gnome stolen

LOCK HAVEN – A garden gnome valued at $300 was stolen from the yard of a Bald Eagle Street residence Friday, city police said.

Accident

LOCK HAVEN – An accident occurred Thursday at West Park and East Bald Eagle streets, city police said in a release Wednesday.

Police said Dennis Craig Hile of Linden was operating a Fed Ex tractor trailer south on Park Street and was making a left turn onto West Bald Eagle Street when the ear of his trailer caught the side mirror and front bumper of another vehicle owned by Jackson Braheime of Philadelphia, who was cited for illegal parking.
