r Kelly Jo Steinbacher of Mill Hall, charged by Woodward Township police for harassment Nov. 13 in the township, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Thomas Carl Spangler III of Mill Hall, charged by state police for intoxicated driving in Woodward Township May 5, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Jonathan Lee Rowland of Mill Hall, charged by Lock Haven police for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and criminal mischief in the city June 5, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Maris Andrew Robinson of Renovo, charged by Renovo borough police for drug possession, minor marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia Dec. 16, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Michael William Radzinski of Harrisburg, charged by state police for simple assault and harassment in the borough Dec. 6, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Jay Anthony Padgett of Avis, charged by Lock Haven police for reckless endangering of lives and multiple traffic violations in the city Sept. 24, waived the right to a preliminary hearing. Padgett was also charged by Pine Creek Township police for theft and receiving stolen goods Sept. 24, and waived those charges.

r Frank George Oppedisano of Lock Haven, charged by state police for retail theft Dec. 9 in Bald Eagle Township, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Michael Dennan Neff of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for bad checks, had the charge dismissed.

r Felisha Lynn Kelley of Westport, charged by Renovo police for multiple counts of access device fraud, was bound over for court.

r Alan Kevin Jones II of Mill Hall charged by state police for retail theft, obscured license plates and driving under suspension in Bald Eagle Township Aug. 18, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Timothy Tod Hartlieb II of Lebanon, charged by Lock Haven police for three counts of harassment Sept. 18 in the city, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r John Simon Ghezzi of Bloomsburg, charged by state police for intoxicated driving in Flemington Aug. 23, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Damen Russell Gee of Mill hall, charged by Lock Haven police for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and criminal mischief June 5, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Clifford Jerome Fantaskey of Renovo, charged by Renovo borough police for intoxicated driving in the municipality Oct. 5, had the charge withdrawn.

r Marcus Rustus Downing of Renovo, charged by borough police for fleeing officers, driving under suspension and multiple counts of reckless endangering Dec. 11, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Zachary Mark Burrows of Philadelphia, charged by state police for possession of a controlled substance, forgery and attempted theft July 2 in Bald Eagle Township, waived the right to a preliminary hearing.

r Joseph Stephen Bianchi of Jersey Shore, charged by Lock Haven police for intoxicated driving in the city Oct. 21, waived the right to a preliminary hearing

r Harry Graydon Bauman of Lock Haven, charged by state police for simple assault and harassment Oct. 22, had the charges dismissed.

r Joseph Alfred Ruszkai Jr. of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for tampering with evidence and making false reports in the city Oct. 7 waived the right to a preliminary hearing.
