Sentences handed down in Clinton, Lycoming courts

The following sentences were handed down in Clinton County and Lycoming County courts.

CLINTON COUNTY

SIMPLE ASSAULT – Walter Edward Wanamaker of Williamsport, charged by Pine Creek Township police for simple assault, was fined $500 and was placed on probation for 18 months.

RETAIL THEFT – Darlene Kay Moyer of Howard charged by state police for retail theft, was fined $1,000 and was sentenced to 12 to 60 months in a state correctional facility .

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Jeremy Lee Snook of Williamsport, charged by state police for disorderly conduct, was fined $200 and was ordered to pay court costs.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Stephen Lee Heverly Jr. of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven University police for disorderly conduct, was fined $100 and ordered to pay court costs.

RETAIL THEFT -Marcus Larone Gilbert of Rootstown, charged by state police for retail theft, was fined $200 and was placed on probation for 24 months.

UNDER SUSPENSION – Jenny Marie Humenay, no address listed, charged by police for driving under suspension, was fined $500 and was sentenced to 20 consecutive weekend of prison at the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

RESISTING ARREST – Robert Thomas Keefer of Beech Creek, charged by Lock Haven police for resisting arrest, and having violated probation, was fined $500 and was sentenced to 60 days to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

DEFIANT TRESPASS – Timothy Edward Cole of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for defiant trespass, and having had his probation revoked, was sentenced to 60 days to 12 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

RETAIL THEFT -Misty Dawn Foster of Mill Hall, charged by state police for retail theft, was fined $500 and was placed on probation for one year.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – Brandt Robert Fetrow of Etters, charged by Lock Haven University police for possession of drug paraphernalia was fined $100 and was placed on probation for six months.

RETAIL THEFT – Brooke Ashley Emahizer of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for retail theft, was fined $500 and was placed on probation for 12 months. DRUG POSSESSION – Terry David Gregory III of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to probation for six months and was fined $100.

DRUNK DRIVING – Scott David Marr of Jersey Shore, charged by state police for intoxicated driving, was ordered to pay numerous fees, and was sentenced to five days to six months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING -Katherine Ann McCloskey of North Bend, charged by state police for theft by unlawful taking, was fined $1,000 and was sentenced to 36 to 72 months in state correctional facility.

PFA VIOLATION – Richard Lee Herman of Avis, charged by Lock Haven police for violating a PFA order, was fined $300.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT – Alex Stephen Bell of Lock Haven, charged by Pine Creek Township police for aggravated harassment by a prisoner, was sentenced to 27 to 72 months in a State Correctional Institution.

POSSESSION – Michael A. Adams of Avis, charged by Pine Creek Township police for possession of a controlled substance, was fined $100 and was placed on probation for 12 months.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION – Nicholaus S. Laubacher, charged by Pine Creek Township police for false identification to law enforcement authorities, was fined $500 and was placed on probation for one year.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA -Lindsey Marie McKean of Beech Creek, charged by state police for possession of drug paraphernalia, was placed on probation for six months.

LYCOMING COUNTY

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Robert S. Barnes, 46, 45 Sassafras Circle, Jersey Shore, charged by state police at Montoursville for disorderly conduct, defiant trespassing and DUI, 42 months probation, $300 fine, $3,746 restitution and 50 hours community service.

DUI – Shannon M. Bowes, 44, 1362 River Road, Jersey Shore, five days to six months in Lycoming County Correctional Facility, with credit for time served, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI and harassment.

DUI – Michael C. Steinbacher, 48, 115 Humes St., Jersey Shore, five days to six months in Lycoming County Correctional Facility, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

DUI – Dawn M. Litz, 35, 108 Glover St., Jersey Shore, five days to six months in Lycoming County Correctional Facility with credit for time served, 12 months probation, $300 fine and 75 hours community service for simple assault and DUI.

DRUG POSSESSION – Laura L. Treese, 29, Avis, six to 18 months in Lycoming County Correctional Facility with credit for time served, 12 months probation and 50 hours community service for possession with intent to deliver hydrocodone pills.

DRUG POSSESSION – Todd A. Lauer, 57, 307 Minnier Drive, Jersey Shore, 12 months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION – Jessie D. Holderman, 31, 377 Old Route 220, Jersey Shore, 50 hours community service for false identification.

DRUG CHARGES – Laurana M. Barzona, 47, 747 E. Main St., Lock Haven, nine days to 12 months in Lycoming County Prison with credit for time served and 12 months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

DUI -Crystal M. Glantz, 32, 37 Myrtle St., Lock Haven, six to 24 months less a day in Lycoming County Prison with credit for time served, 30 months probation, $300 fine and $2,676 restitution for reckless burning, criminal mischief and DUI.
