r Joseph Alfred Ruszkai Jr. of  Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for disorderly conduct, intimidation of  witnesses, public intoxication, minor  marijuana  possession and  drug paraphernalia, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Jon David Romig of Beech Creek, charged by Lock Haven police for disorderly conduct in the  city Aug. 12, had the  charge moved to non-traffic court.

r Michael Robert Rogers of Lock Haven, charged by state police for intoxicated driving in the city Sept. 3, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Thomas Michael Ricker of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for intoxicated driving in the city Sept. 17, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Jonathan Earl Rhone of Loganton, charged by Lock Haven police for theft, receiving  stolen  goods and conspiracy Nov. 1 in the city, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Andrew David Perkins of Beech Creek, charged by Lock Haven University police for intoxicated driving in the  city June 9, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Jessica Marie Laubscher of Beech Creek, charged by Lock Haven University police for intoxicated driving and driving  under suspension in the city May 29, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Charles Eric Eichenlaub Jr. of Mill Hall, charged by state police for terroristic  threats, simple  assault, endangering the  welfare  of children and reckless endangering of lives in Porter Township April 12, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Stanley Calvin Donahay Jr., of Blanchard, charged by state police for minor  marijuana  possession, driving while  intoxicated and  careless driving in Beech Creek Sept. 23, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Kaine S. Darby of  Lock Haven, charged by Woodward Township police for inhalation of a toxic substance in Woodward Township Sept. 30, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Daniel William Caprio of Pleasant  Gap, charged by state police for intoxicated driving in Porter  Township Sept. 17, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Frederick Arthur Allen III of Mill Hall, charged by state police for leaving  the scene of  an accident Oct. 31 in Porter  Township, waived the right  to a preliminary hearing.

r Kyle  Francis Grey of  Renovo, charged by borough  police for simple assault, harassment and  disorderly conduct Sept. 12 in Renovo, had the charges moved to non-traffic court.
