Sentences handed down in Clinton, Lycoming counties

The following sentences were handed down in Clinton and Lycoming counties  recently.

FORGERY — Tona Rochelle  Virtue of Lock Haven, charged by Pine Creek Township  police for felony, was  placed on probation for  36 months after her  prison sentence in Lycoming County.

INTOXICATED DRIVING –Richard Eugene Mitchell of North Bend, charged by Renovo police for intoxicated driving was fined $300, ordered  to pay numerous assessments and fees and was placed in the Intermediate Punishment  Program for six months, including three months of house arrest.

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE — Clayton Jeffrey Cingle of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven  police for a Protection From Abuse violation, was fined  $300.

UNLAWFUL SALES — Jordan Stephen Sheffer of Lock Haven, charged by the  Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for unlawful sales of  liquor, was fined $300 and ordered to pay costs of  prosecution.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — Harry L. Braim III of Linden, charged by Lock Haven University police for possession of  drug paraphernalia, was placed on probation for six months and was fined $100.

RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING — Joseph Michael Seyler of Mill Hall, charged by state  police for recklessly endangering another person, was fined  $500 and  was placed on six  months of  probation.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — Kyle Jackson Miller  of Lock Haven, charged by state police for drug paraphernalia was fined $100 and was  placed on probation for  six months.

FURNISHING DRUG FREE URINE — Shannon Marie Myers  of  Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for furnishing  drug  free urine, was placed on probation for 12 months, consecutive  to any other sentence being served

LYCOMING COUNTY

WILLIAMSPORT — The following local individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

r Devyn W. Fuller, 22, 1418 Locust St., Jersey Shore, one to four years in state prison for criminal trespassing and theft.

r David L. Galbraith, 71, 801 W. Third St., Lock Haven, nine to 24 months in state prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and corrupt organizations.

r Chad E. Sheleman, 31, 413 Clinton St., Jersey Shore, five days to six months in county prison, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

r Martin E. Fry, 55, 22 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, 30 days to six months in county prison, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

r  Sandra L. Sechrist, 47, 1229 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, five days to six months in county prison, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.

r Jordan E. Conner, 32, 1120 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, six months probation, 50 hours of community service and $500 in fines for DUI and driving under suspension.

r Aaron M. Day, 21, 117 Harvest St., Linden, two years probation and 50 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

r  Jasa L. Jeffers, 23, Bellefonte, two years probation and 50 hours of proactive activity for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

r Alicia S. Banzhaf, 34, 45 Front St., Linden, six months probation, 50 hours of community service and $300 in fines for DUI.
