Theft by unlawful taking

REBERSBURG — State police at Rockview are investigating the theft of items from a home in Rebersburg. Lisa Dix told police several items were removed from her bedroom by actors who were staying at the same residence. The theft occurred between 1 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on March 15 at the home on East Main Street. Estimated loss is $95.

Weapon possession

BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview are investigating an incident at SCI Rockview where an inmate was found with a sharpened piece of metal in his cell. The item was discovered at 3:20 p.m. March 14.

Public drunkenness

LOCK HAVEN — Chase Counsil, 25, of 214 E. Main St., Lock Haven, was charged with public drunkenness after city police found him standing in the middle of East Church Street at 2:14 a.m. March 16.

PFA violation

JERSEY SHORE — Sarah C. Hamm, 31, of Williamsport, has been charged by state police at Montoursvile with violation of a Protection from Abuse order at 2:39 p.m. March 15.

Hamm sent a text message to Corey D. Bell, 29, of Jersey Shore in violation of an active Protection from Abuse order, police said. The incident occurred at 88 Gohl Road, Woodward Township.

Hamm was arraigned by District Judge J. Frey and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
