Sexually explicit photos

SPRING MILLS — State police at Rockview are investigating an incident at Penn’s Valley High School involving several known juveniles exchanging sexually explicit photos and videos on Thursday, March 23, around noon.

Child endangerment

BELLEFONTE — Brian Thomas Hill, 32, of Bellefonte, has been charged by state police at Rockview with child endangerment and indecent assault after he allegedly pointed a gun at and sexually assaulted a victim known to him.

Police said the incident occurred in December 2016 at a location in Spring Township.

Drug charges

WILLIAMSPORT — The following people have been charged with possession of drugs or drug paraphernalia by police agencies in Lycoming County.

r Craig Allen Eisenhower, 29, of Mill Hall, has been charged with attempted possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia by state police at Montoursville at Wildwood Boulevard and High Street in Williamsport on Dec. 13. He was sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

r Dakota Marie Chambers, 23, of 119 S. Broad St., Jersey Shore, was charged by Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her apartment on Dec. 6. She was released on $2,500 bail.

r Jeffrey Ralph Weaver, 38, of Lock Haven, was charged by state police at Montoursville with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia on Route 220 in Woodward Township on Nov. 6. He was sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

r Christopher T. McKenzie, 42, of Lock Haven, was charged with possession of amphetamine without a prescription, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on state game lands’ new Silver Springs road in Pine Township, Lycoming County, in early December 2015. He was sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

r Tammy Marie Miller, 45, of Howard, was charged by state police at Montoursville with possession of five alprazolam pills without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3300 block of Lycoming Creek Road on Feb. 6. She was sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

r Dawn R. Lebert, 44, of 368 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, was charged by Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct at her home on Feb. 2. She was sent a notice to appear before a district judge.

r Torey B. Lucas, of Milesburg, was charged by Williamsport Police with possession of four bags of cocaine and related offenses at the Maynard Street interchange of Interstate 180 on Jan. 18. He was released on $3,500 bail.

Alleged DUI

JERSEY SHORE — Mohsin M. Khetai, 25, of 2797 Rauchtown Road, Jersey Shore, was charged by state police at Montoursville with driving under the influence in the 100 block of Maynard Street, Williamsport, on Dec. 31. He was also charged with careless driving.
