Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following proceedings were held before district judges.

r Chandler Alan Crouse, of Snow Shoe, charged with disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise, moved to non-traffic court; public drunkenness and similar misconduct, adult misbrand any controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, charges withdrawn.

r James Lewis Guthrie Jr., of Avis, charged with eight counts of unlawful contact with minor-obscene and other sexual materials and performances, stalking–repeatedly commit acts to cause fear, eight counts of criminal use of communication facility, eight counts of diss explicit sex mat’l minor and eight counts of cyber harassment of a child-seriously disparaging statements, waived for court.

r Steven Eugene Hassinger, of Mill Hall, charged with strangulation-applying pressure to throat or neck, simple assault and harassment-subject another to physical contact, waived for court.

r Misty Dawn Hyser, of Renovo, charged with three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

r Michael Shane Killinger, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and simple assault, held for court.

r Shane Robert McCaslin, of Lock Haven, charged with accident involving damage attended vehicle/property, careless driving and fail stop and give information/render aide, waived for court.

r Brooke Elizabeth Moore, of Lock Haven, charged with perjury and forgery-unauthorized act in writing, waived for court.

r Tyler Bernard Miller, of Lock Haven, charged with firearm not to be carried without license-no criminal violation, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, waived for court.

r Jarell S. Nieves, of Renovo, charged with burglary-overnight accommodations; person present, bodily injury crime, make repairs/sell/etc. offense weapon, simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact and criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.

r Brett Dascenzo Obrien, of Lock Haven, charged with three counts of forgery-unauthorized act in writing, exceed maximum speed limit established by 37 miles per hour, false report-falsely incriminate another, identity theft, false identification to law enforcement officer, waived for court.

r Yvette Renee Robinson, of Lock Haven, charged with bad checks, waived for court.

r Rachel Leigh Rich, of Lock Haven, charged with harassment-comm. lewd, threatening, etc. language, charge withdrawn; and harassment-course of conduct with no legitimate purpose, moved to non-traffic court.

r Rochelle Amber Wadsworth, of Renovo, charged with hinder app/prosec-warm, charge withdrawn, and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense, moved to non-traffic court.
