One-vehicle crash

BELLEFONTE — On Sunday, Nov. 5, at 4:47 a.m., Joseph Knapp, 19, of Lock Haven, was involved in a one-vehicle crash on Zion Road, according to Rockview state police. Knapp was uninjured, police said.

DUI’s alleged

LAMAR — State police at Lamar allege two drivers were under the influence when they were stopped by police recently.

r At 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, Kayla Dawn Schenck, 20, of Mill Hall, was exiting the parking lot of Main Cheug and attempted to turn right onto Hogan Boulevard when she failed to yield the right-of-way and struck a vehicle operated by a 65-year-old man from Schuylkill Haven, police said.

After subsequent investigation, Schenck was taken into custody for suspician of DUI, police said. Charges will be filed through the office of District Justice John Maggs.

r At 3:23 a.m. Oct. 28, a 39-year-old woman from Mill Hall was stopped for a turn signal violation on Harrison Street in Beech Creek. Police said an odor of alcohol was detected and the operator was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Charges will be filed pending blood results through the office of District Judge John Maggs, police said.

Criminal mischief

BELLEFONTE — A resident of Marsh Street in Walker Township reported to state police at Rockview that eggs were thrown on two vehicles outside their home, causing damage. Police are investigating.
