LOCK HAVEN — On Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 7:11 p.m., probation officers were performing a house check on Floyd D. Bowmaster Jr., 29, of 220 W. Clinton St., when he was found to be in possession of marijuana, scales and packaging materials.
Bowmaster was taken into custody and placed in Clinton County jail, Lock Haven City Police said.
LOCK HAVEN — On Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 10:45 a.m., vehicles driven by Marissa Shady, 29, of Lock Haven, and Hayley Lowery, 23, of Lock Haven, collided at the intersection of Mary’s Alley and First Street, city police reported.
According to police, Shady’s vehicle was pulling out slowly due to limited vision and impacted Lowery’s vehicle, which was not able to avoid the accident.
Lowery reported that she was injured, but denied EMS, and both vehicles were driven from the scene, police said.
