Sentencings in Clinton and Lycoming counties

r Misty Dawn Hyser, charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia, was fined $400, sentenced to two to six months in county jail and to complete up to 25 hours of community service, and placed on probation for one year.

r Michael Jay Thomas, charged with violation of a protection order, was fined $300 and placed on probation for six months.

r Tara Jean Brennan, charged with retail theft, will pay cost of prosecution, pay restitution of $28.53 and complete 25 hours of community service and was placed on probation for one year.

r Dominick V. Garretson, charged with manufacture of a controlled substance, was fined $500 and sentenced to pay additional fees of $89.25, submit a DNA sample to the state DNA database, and 21 to 42 months in a state correctional institute.
