Inappropriate contact with minor, alleged
LINDEN — Steven Matthew Winchester, 23, of 123 Harvest Moon Park, Linden is accused of indecent assault and corruption of the morals of a minor after he allegedly had inappropriate contact with a minor under the age of 12 in Woodward Twp, Lycoming County, state police at Montoursville said.
The incidents occurred between early February and early March of last year, police said.
Winchester was sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
HOWARD — A Howard woman was arrested after she resisted arrest and assault a police trooper on Dec. 24 at about 6 p.m., state police at Rockview said.
Police report that they were called to the Quality Inn at 971 N. Eagle Valley Rd. for a report of an intoxicated angry female.
Amy Lynn Crowley, 37, if accused of resisting arrest and assualting a police trooper, police said.
Injuries suspect in one vehicle crash
PLEASANT GAP — A one vehicle crash that occured on Jan. 8 at about 1 p.m. resulted in the driver suffering injuries of unknown severity, state police at Rockview said.
Bonnie B. Meyer, 73, of Pleasant Gap, was driving her 1997 Toyota Avalon when she overcompensated while exiting onto the Pleasant Gap offramp on Interstate 99 South, police said.
Meyer was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center by Bellefonte EMS for injuries sustained during the crash, police said.
Meyer was wearing her seatbelt and has been charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, police said.
One vehicle accident
BELLFONTE — The driver of a 2008 Dodge Avenger, Zachary M. Hefferan, 21, of Clearfiled, was traveling in the left lane of Port Matilda Highway just noth of Hannah Furnace Road on Jan. 6 at about 10 p.m., state police at Rockview said.
Hefferan’s vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a guard rail coming to final rest off the eastbound lane of travel, police said.
Moshannon Valley EMS transported Hefferan to Mount Nittany Medical Center for minor injures, police said.
Hefferan’s vehicle sustaineed moderate damage and he was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, police said.
Person struck by vehicle
MILESBURG — A trashman suffered suspected minor injuries after a hit and run that occured on Jan. 5 at about 7 a.m., state police at Rockview said.
Kenneth W. Howell, 50, of Bellefonte, had been putting recycling in the right side of his truck on the side of Route 144, Milesburg Borough when he was struck by the right passenger side mirror of a 2002 Nissan Altima driven by Joshua L. Nyman, 37, of State College, police said.
Howell’s vehicle did have it’s yellow hazard lights flashing during the time of the crash, police said.
Nyman was charged with driving vehicle at safe speed, police said.
Alleged drug possession
WILLIAMSPORT — Krystal Amber Koch, 28, of Lock Haven, was found in possession of 10 clonazepam pills and once trazadone pill without a prescription, Williamsport police said.
The incident occured in the first block of Market Street on Sept. 4, police said.
Koch was released on $5,000 bail.
BELLEFONTE — There was a burglary on Dec. 4 and 5 between the hours of 9 p.m. and 3 p.m. at the Hublersburg Inn, 449 Hublersburg Rd., Walker Twp., state police at Rockview said.
The incident occured when an unknown suspect removed cash from a locked room in the building, police said.

REBERSBURG — Michael Suter, 25, was arrested on Jan. 13 at 7:20 p.m. for vandalizing property, state police at Rockview said.
Suter is accused of vandalizing the Rebersburg Fire Hall in Miles Twp., Centre County, police said.
Garage door damaged
BELLEFONTE — A garage door was damaged by unknown suspects at 118 Hilltop Dr., Burnside Twp., Centre County between Dec. 31, 2017 and Jan. 02, state police at Rockview said.
The garage belongs to a 42-year-old Karthaus man and police have no suspects at this time.
