Drug possession

JERSEY SHORE — Cameron Motter, 18, of 70 Bayberry Dr., Jersey Shore, was arrested for possessing schedule II drugs on Jan. 2 at 8:19 p.m. at 328 Bellefonte Ave., Lock Haven, said Lock Haven City Police.

Criminal mischief

LOCK HAVEN — City police are investigating a broken window in a house in the 600 block of East Main Street. Police said the window was broken between 8:15 a.m. and noon on Saturday.

Open container

LOCK HAVEN — A. Hershberger, 20, of 300 Foundation Drive was charged by city police with open container and underage drinking at 1:23 a.m. on Jan. 28 on Fourth Street.

Police said the defendant had an open container of alcohol on a public sidewalk and when identified, the defendant was found to be under 21 years of age.

Underage drinking

LOCK HAVEN — James Franklin Williams, 19, of Harrisburg, was charged by city police with underage drinking and possessing an open container of Fruit Punch Four Loko at 12:39 a.m. Saturday on West Church Street and North Fourth Street.

Police said he was on a public sidewalk with the open container and is under 21 years of age.

Open container

LOCK HAVEN — City police charged G. Brackbill, 24, address not given, with possessing an open container of alcohol on a public street at 11:30 p.m. Friday, in Mary’s Alley near Fourth Street.

No injuries

BELLEFONTE — Emily E. Moignard, 31, of Bellefonte, was not hurt after her Pontiac Vibe struck an embankment on Route 144, North Pennsyvania Avenue near Bierly Lane in Potter Township, Centre County, at 9:33 p.m. Saturday, state police at Rockview reported.
