CLINTON COUNTY

r Thomas Riley Jr., charged with delivery of a controlled substance, fined $1,500, submit a DNA sample and pay the $250 fee and ssentenced to 30 to 120 months in state prison.

r William Kenneth Honetor, charged with furnishing alcohol to minors, fined $1,000 and placed on probation for 12 months.

r Lewis M. Santonico, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $1,000 and placed on probation for 12 months.

r Tyrell Khalil Brantley, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100 and placed on probation for six months.

r Joshua Joseph Maroni, charged with driving under the influence and possession of hydrocodone, fined $800 and placed on probation for 18 months.

r Brandi Jo Peluso, charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, fined $500, placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for 24 months and sentenced to a period of restrictive intermediate punishment for 30 days.

r Bradley Robert Dennison, charged with criminal trespass and theft from a moter vehicle, fined $1,000, sentenced to 41 days to 12 months in the county prison, placed on probation for 24 months and must attend a partial program or an intensive outpatient drug and alcohol program.

r Diane Lee Carpenter, charged with driving under the influence, fined $1,000, placed in the intermediate punishment program for six months and sentenced a period of restrictive intermediate punishment fro 72 hours.

r Cheryl Lynn Mann, charged with theft by unlawful taking and retail theft, fined $200 and placed on probation for two years.

r Ashley L. Schell, charged with recklessly endangering, fined $300 and placed on probation for 12 months.

r James Leroy Kramer, charged with recklessly endangering, fined $300 and placed on probation for 12 months.
