JERSEY SHORE — Todd A. Mack, 26, of 1013 Allegheny St., was charged by Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police with simple assault and harassment for allegedly striking his girlfriend Kayla Barner in the head with a plastic plate during a disturbance at their home on Tuesday afternoon. Mack was jailed in Lycoming County in lieu of $5,000 bail.
JERSEY SHORE — Nicole Renee Berry, 26, of 509 Burke St., was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines and related offenses for allegedly selling the drug on three occasions at various locations in Jersey Shore between Nov. 30 and Dec. 11, 2017, state police at Montoursville report. She was jailed in Lycoming County in lieu of $150,000 bail.
HOWARD — An unnamed suspect, male, 52, of Williamsport, was stopped for a traffic violation on I-80 in Marion Twp. on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 10:04 p.m., and was subsequently taken for a blood draw, and was also found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia, Rockview State Police reported.
r JERSEY SHORE — Ronald E. Vanemon, 56, of Harvest Moon Trailer Park, Linden, was charged by Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police with DUI and speeding on Route 220 in Piatt Township on Nov. 15, 2017. He was sent a summons to appear abefore a district judge.
r BELLEFONTE — John Houser, of Bellefonte, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Forest Ave. in Marion Twp., and a refusal of a legal blood draw following transport to the Mount Nittany Medical Center on Thursday, Feb. 22, at 12:25 a.m., according to Rockview State Police.
r HOWARD — An unnamed suspect was stopped for an unregistered vehicle at the 300 block of Main St. on Friday, Feb. 23 at 1:57 a.m., and was subsequently determined to be under the influence of alcohol, state police at Rockview reported.
STATE COLLEGE — On Sunday, Feb. 18, at 8 a.m., two male suspects forced entry into Penn Skates, 2210 High Tech Rd., while the business was closed, taking cash from the business and damaging multiple items before fleeing in an unknown direction, according to state police at Rockview.
JERSEY SHORE — Charges were dropped in two cases that went before Dist. Judge Jerry C. Lepley this week.
State police at Montoursville dropped charges of aterroristic threats and simple assault against Jesse Dean Stahl, 41, of 119 Park Road after the victim refused to testify. Charges stemmed from a disturbance on DEc. 21, when Stahl allegedly threatened his girlfriend, Nichole Lee Barnes and her family.
Also, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police dropped charges of theft and bad checks againsts Valerie R. Kieffer of 50 S. Main St., after the 41-year-old woman paid restitution to the victim. Police said she was charged with using an unauthorized money card at Lingle’s Family Market on Oct. 22.
