LOCK HAVEN — Donald L. Levelle Jr., 32, of Lock Haven, was charged by Lock Haven City Police with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and indecent assault.
Police said the charges were filed following an incident that involved an adult woman on Jan. 5 and 6.
Levelle was placed in the Clinton County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail, police said.
Eight charged at party
LOCK HAVEN — Eight people were charged with disorderly conduct and underage drinking at 11:52 p.m. Feb. 2 at a large house party at 219 N. Fairview St., according to Lock Haven City Police.
Those charged with disorderly conduct are Hunter Szaflarski, Kamylla Heinbaugh, Emma Herbert, Jordan Schmitt, Kinslee Kriner, Keyshawn Dorso and Breton Larose.
Theft of tools
BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview are investigating the theft of DeWalt tools from 341 Weights Lane in Marion Township.
The theft happened between Nov. 1 and Nov. 24, according to police.
BELLEFONTE — Samuel W. Gribble, 19, of Bellefonte, suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash, according to state police at Rockview.
Police said Gribble was northbound on Route 550 near the 600 block of Buffalo Run Road when the 2001 Toyota Tundra struck and damaged a utility pole.
The driver received an injury to the left wrist as a result of the crash, police said.
Car hits deer
BELLEFONTE — A car driven by John M. Richardson, 66, of Boalsburg, struck a deer standing on Interstate 99 north at mile marker at 72.6, CollegeTownship, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, state police at Rockview report.
Police said the deer was deceased and the driver was uninjured.
BELLEFONTE — A 34-year-old Howard man has been charged with retail theft after he left Snappy’s Convenience Store in Potter Township, without paying for $35 in gasoline.
The incident occurred at 9 a.m. on Feb. 1, state police at Rockview reported.
