SNOW SHOE — State police at Rockview report finding numerous items including a tote and multiple towels Tuesday on Fountain Road, near the intersection with Route 144 in Snow Shoe Township. Anyone wishing to claim the items may do so by calling PSP Rockview at 814-355-7545.

Vehicle hits sign

LOCK HAVEN — A vehicle driven by Santos R. Lucano of Lock Haven struck a stop sign at North Fairview and West Fourth streets at 6:19 a.m. Tuesday, according to city police.

Police said the roads were snow-covered at the time, and Lucano said he was unable to stop because of the slippery road.

He and the passengers in his car were not hurt, police reported.

Hindering prosecution

LOCK HAVEN — Shannia Dawn Cook, 21, of 610 E. Bald Eagle St., has been charged by Lock Haven City Police with hindering apprehension of prosecution after she lied to Clinton County Probation about where her boyfriend was and he was found hiding in her residence.

The incident occurred at 10:28 a.m. last Friday, police said.

Pizza House cited

LOCK HAVEN — Pizza House at 120 Woodward Ave., was cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement after allegedly selling, furnishing or permitting the sale or furnishing of alcohol to a minor, according to state police at Montoursville.

Drug paraphernalia

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP — A Blanchard man had drug paraphernalia in plain view when a warrant was served in Liberty Township at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, state police at Rockview reported. Police said they are still investigating.
