Harassment

LOCK HAVEN — Alexander Foster, 37, of 510 Staisey St., White Oak, Pa., was issued a summons at 4 p.m. March 7, after he refused to stop contacting a female who lives on East Church Street here, city police report.

He had received multiple warnings to stop contacting her, but continued to text and call, police said. He also left numerous love notes, candy and flowers on her porch, police said.

Simple assault

LOCK HAVEN — Elizabeth Graham, 28, of Lock Haven was taken into custody for biting a 23-year-old man several times during a domestic argument at 208 E. Water St., around 10 p.m. March 4, city police report.

Theft, criminal trespass

HOWARD — Thomas Bowes of Howard was charged with theft and criminal trespass at 12:20 a.m. March 12, state police at Rockview report.

A 29-year-old man saw Bowes try to take Dewalt batteries and battery chargers off his back patio at 428 Walnut St. here, police said. The man confronted Bowes, caught him when he tried to flee, and subdued him until state police arrived and took Bowes into custody, according to the report.

Liquor control report

WILLIAMSPORT — District Enforcement Office No. 6 of the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement reports it received 44 complaints in February.

Also that month, the office issued four citations, issued 11 warning letters and 11 violation letters, and conducted age compliance checks in four licensed establishments and found one that sold alcohol to an under-age buyer.

The office enforces liquor laws and related provisions at more than 978 licensed establishments in Clinton, Lycoming, Potter and eight other counties.
