Driving into

a porch

LOCK HAVEN — Brandon Christopher Davidson, 30, of 829 E. Main St., has been sent a summons for hitting a house while driving under the influence at 1:23 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, Lock Haven City Police said.

According to police, Davidson drove with a blood alcohol content of .268 percent. His vehicle left the roadway, sheared a fire hydrant from its position, struck the front porch at 336 E. Water St., then continued past the house to hit a tree in the yard.

He was also sent a summons for four other summary traffic violations for the incident, police reported.

Vehicle strikes pole

LOCK HAVEN — A one-vehicle crash occurred March 2 at 7:24 a.m., due to slippery road conditions, state police at Lamar said.

A 17-year-old Lock Haven resident was driving west on Lusk Run Road when he lost control of his 1998 Jeep Cherokee, police said. The vehicle slid off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole and guide rail, police said.

Neither the driver nor his 15-year-old passenger were injured as a result of the crash, police said.

Tractor-trailer drives off I-80

SNOW SHOE — Issa Gure, 27, of Waite Park, Minn., escaped injury in an accident at 2:12 a.m. Tuesday on I-80 East, near mile marker 151, state police at Rockview said.

Gure lost control of the commercial tractor trailer he was driving when he changed lanes on the snow-covered road, police said. The rig went through a guard rail and down a steep embankment, police reported.

alcohol

MILLHEIM — An underage, 20-year-old young man attempted to purchase, consume, possess, or transport liquor or malt or brewed beverages at 1:16 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Greenbriar Gap Road, according to state police at Rockview. Police did not provide details of the offense.

Alarming photo

PENNS VALLEY — A juvenile male sent a photo that caused public alarm at 11:57 p.m. Tuesday, at 4545 Penns Valley Road, according to state police at Rockview.

Stolen

medication

LOCK HAVEN — Someone stole a portion of a woman’s prescription medication from her purse sometime between Wednesday, March 7 and Tuesday, March 13, Woodward Township police said.

DUI alleged

AVIS — A 56-year-old Lock Haven woman was suspected of driving under the influence of drugs during a traffic stop at 8 p.m. March 6, state police at Lamar said. She was taken into custody, police said.

Charges will be filed through district court, police said.

Theft from vehicle

FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar are investigating a report of a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred between March 2 and 3 at 457 Birch St.

Police said $34 was stolen from a 2003 Honda Odyssey owned by Susan Gray of Flemington.

Possession alleged

LOCK HAVEN — Angel Juliette Hart, 22, of 355 E. Church St.’s front apartment, was found Dec. 28 to be in possession of two different types of prescribed medications for which she does not have a prescription, according to Lock Haven City Police.
