Simple assault

MILESBURG — On March 5, at approximately 10 p.m., state police at Rockview assisted county Children and Youth Services with a home visit at Market Street, just off Route 220, where there were subsequent indicators of physical injury.

The accused, Joshua Nathan Bush, 34, of Bellefonte, was taken into custody and arraigned in front of Judge Gillette-Walker, with bail set at $75,000, according to Rockview State Police.

Assault with a baseball bat

LINDEN — Joshua Fuller, 38, of Linden, was arrested on Sunday, March 4, at 7 p.m., after he and his 42-year old wife entered into a domestic dispute, state police at Montoursville said.

During the altercation, Fuller punched, bit, and choked his wife, and struck her in the head with a baseball bat multiple times, police reported. Fuller fled the scene, but was later detained by Williamsport City Police.

He is charged with felony strangulation, felony aggravated assault, a protection from abuse violation, and multiple misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment charges. He was committed to the Lycoming County jail in lieu of $100,000 bail on his criminal charges and $50,000 on his PFA violation, police said.

Shots fired at home

BELLEFONTE — A property on Monument Orviston Road, Liberty Twp., Centre County was shot at between Feb. 10 to March 6, state police at Rockview said.

The suspect(s) then fled the victim’s, whose name was withheld, property in an unknown direction by unknown means, police said.
