FLEMINGTON — Davis Scott King, 31, of Lock Haven, was charged with harassment/physical contact for an incident on Friday, May 11, at 8:06 p.m., at the 800 block of Herr St., in which he grabbed the neck of a 29-year-old female victim, also of Lock Haven, and left scratches on her neck area, according to Lamar State Police.

Public intoxication

FLEMINGTON — Cory Duffield, 41, of Lock Haven, was arraigned on three counts of criminal trespass, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct following a series of events on Saturday, May 12, in which poilce were notified of a man clearly on some type of drug near 205 Huston St., in Flemington, according to state police at Lamar.

Duffield was acting in a very loud and strange manner, specifically yelling at himself and flailing around on the ground before climbing over the fence at First Quality and proceeding through the brush down to Bald Eagle Creek, where the accused had to be dragged out of the water by troopers, assisted by the water rescue team, police said.

Duffield later admitted to being on what he thought was ecstasy, and was transported to Clinton County Correctional Facility ona probation detainer, police finished.

Lost Firearm

BELLEFONTE — On Wednesday, May 9, state police at Rockview received a report of a lost firearm. The gun was described as a black Ruger LCP hand gun, belonging to Wendy Miller, 52, of 117 Chapelwood Lane, police said.

Tires slashed

LOCK HAVEN — City police are investigating an act of criminal michief that occurred between Saturday and Sunday on the 100 block of Third Street.

The tires were slashed on a 2014 Chevy Cruze and the doors and locks were caulked shut, police said.
